Grant Bennett is a proud native of Fayetteville, North Carolina. As a high school baseball standout at Pine Forest High School, Grant earned an athletic scholarship to Morehouse College. While in college, Grant was engaged in campus life as a Ronald E. McNair Post baccalaureate Scholar, student-athlete, and brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated. In May of 2020, he graduated from Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Following graduation, Grant began his role as a People Analytics Research Analyst at Google. His career allows him to explore data analytics to improve equity for hiring candidates from underrepresented communities.

Grant built a passion for human capital curation, with a particular interest in marginalized youth's leadership and character development. His background as a former college athlete, organizer, entrepreneur, and researcher positions me in a unique space to connect a diverse network through creative mediums. From an academic standpoint, he has experience at Harvard Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Vanderbilt University, and the University of California at Berkeley. He has consulted and engaged with brands such as Google, Adobe, Adidas, and the Clinton Global Initiative from a corporate context. He also is a student part-time at Columbia University as a student in their Masters of Science in Human Capital Management program
