Raised in Fayetteville in a military family, Grant was featured in a J. Cole music video as a kid; a profound conversation with the artist sparked his lifelong dedication to community impact. Grant Bennett is the Founder and President of The Two-Six Project, where he recently championed and directed the $1.5 million public-private revitalization of North Carolina’s historic Orange Street School, transforming the landmark into "Two-Six Labs"—a state-of-the-art tech and creative education hub powered in partnership with Google, Microsoft, and J. Cole's Dreamville. The non-profit organization supports historically under-resourced youth and communities through intentional exposure, education, and community activation to foster leadership, creativity, and advocacy. Driven by this mission, his yearly programming actively impacts thousands of students across North Carolina. Under his leadership, the organization has raised just under $1M and secured high-impact partnerships with Major League Baseball (MLB), Bank of America, Nike, and the NBPA. Since 2020, the organization has cultivated top tier talent by helping our scholars competitively earn $18M in scholarships with $11M actively redeemed to eliminate the barrier of higher education debt. Additionally, by directing social impact initiatives for NBA athlete Dennis Smith Jr and Forbes 30 Under 30 influencer VicBlends, the organization has hosted community activations for over 10,000 people in the NC region, providing free resources, programming, and safe spaces for families.

Parallel to his non-profit enterprise, Grant serves as a Program Manager at Google under VP Melonie Parker, where he manages high-impact external community partnerships and cultural experiences. He is also an award-winning producer, having created the acclaimed documentary The Art of Possible on the life of Google executive Marian Croak. His corporate portfolio includes architecting high-profile collaborations with the NBA, the Executive Leadership Council, and Google's HBCU Presidents Council.

He attended Morehouse College on both an academic and baseball scholarship, later earning a Master of Business Administration from Fayetteville State University. Recognized for his leadership, he was named to the inaugural Morehouse 50 Under 50 class and selected as a 2021 Nike Yardrunner. As a Camelback Fellow and an Obama Foundation USA Leader, he has scaled his leadership across both public and private sectors. His professional consulting portfolio includes executing high impact projects as a research consultant for HBO Max and launching Adobe AMPED. Through this extensive work, Grant has been featured on panels alongside President Bill Clinton, Morgan DeBaun, and Myles Garrett, proving that grassroots infrastructure and corporate power can seamlessly coexist.
